Wellness is such a business now. And in this world of pastel and palm trees, we’re here to tell you meditation isn’t soft and cute. For people like us, it’s a radical necessity.

The entire world has told us from before birth that we’re not good enough. That we’re not welcome. That we don’t belong.

Meditation is a way to reclaim the space the isn’t freely given to us. It is a revolutionary way to fight back. To wage war against those who’d love to silence us. To stand up for ourselves and our community. And to bloom and grow. To have our lives blossom into what we always dreamed they could be.

As people who have suffered systematic abuse throughout history, showing ourselves compassion can be a revolutionary way to reclaim our space. Immerse yourself in this guided meditation .You know you belong here. You are no longer scared, you're sacred.

As a historically marginalized person you have literally had the cards stacked against you since before you were born. If you have survived or somehow thrived with the entire world pressing down against you. You, my love, are a SAINT.

Our aim with Still + Saint was to create an empowered fashion and wellness company built from the ground up specifically for people of the African diaspora.

The majority of wellness spaces are designed for a predominantly white audience. Still + saint is created specifically for the black experience in a language that is grounded, authentic, and welcoming to those completely new to mindfulness.

We create empowered basics that blend seamlessly with preexisting wardrobes, allowing our customers to speak their truth without saying a word because, let’s face it, speaking on behalf of an entire global culture is exhausting. We consider ourselves a holistic fashion company and truly care about the mental health and well-being of each of our customers. In such, each item is paired with a complimentary mindfulness practice or meditative soundscape which allows are customers to truly internalize each theme.

Let us know what you think!

With love,

still + saint
